As a Product Designer at Meta, I lead GenAI for Support, leveraging technology to make customer support equitable and scalable for all 7 billion users across Meta products, including Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, and more.

My journey took me from Italy and Ireland, where I gained experience in startup incubators, design agencies, and conducted postgraduate research on cognitive disfluency, to London.

Here, I've started working in Tech, designing tools for Facebook that allowed people to appeal content moderation and protect themselves from bullying and harassment.

Later, I focused on identity, designing for one of the largest identity verification platforms in the world ⎯ ensuring the integrity of elections and grappling with the complexity of authenticity with themes like the role of pseudonymity, regional differences of identity and accountability in the Metaverse.

Notably, I am a founding member of the Cross-Meta Support organization, spearheading its consumer-facing strategy and leading conversational support from a zero-to-one space to a scalable product system.

As a designer at heart, when I'm not working, I find joy in examining purposeful decisions in fashion, interior design, and gastronomy.
