My journey took me from Italy and Ireland—where I gained experience in startup incubators, design agencies, and conducted academic research on cognitive disfluency—to London.

There, I began working in tech, designing tools for Facebook that enabled people to appeal content moderation decisions and protect themselves from bullying and harassment.

Later, I focused on identity, designing one of the largest identity verification platforms in the world—ensuring the integrity of elections and grappling with the complexity of authenticity through themes such as the role of pseudonymity, regional differences in identity, and accountability in the Metaverse.

Notably, as a founding member of the Cross-Meta Support organization, I led GenAI for Support—spearheading the consumer-facing strategy and scaling conversational support from a zero-to-one space into a product system that serves billions of users across Meta products, including Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook.

As a designer at heart, when I'm not working, I find joy in examining purposeful decisions in fashion, interior design, and gastronomy.
